About the Role:
We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process team. This role involves communicating with international clients/customers via phone to resolve queries, provide support, depending on the assigned campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from international customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and effective solutions.
- Follow call scripts, processes, and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center/International Voice Process is a plus
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
