Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell our HRM SaaS Software to industries, manufacturing units, and corporate organizations. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client visits, software demonstrations, relationship building, and closing sales deals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities from industries and corporate clients.
Visit industrial areas, factories, offices, and business establishments to meet decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of the HRM Software.
Explain software features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the technical team for product implementation and client onboarding.
Prepare daily visit reports, lead status reports, and sales updates.
Attend industry events, business meetings, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confidence in meeting and interacting with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to understand and explain software products effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel and conduct field visits regularly.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in Software, SaaS, IT, ERP, HRMS, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
