Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in residential construction projects to manage and execute on-site activities efficiently. The candidate should have technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential building projects
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Monitor quality of work, material usage, and workmanship
Prepare and verify measurements, and site reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building regulations
Handle site manpower, subcontractors, and material planning
Resolve site-level technical issues and report progress to management
Conduct inspections and ensure timely completion of work stages
Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
2–6+ years of experience in residential construction projects
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and practices
Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings
Good knowledge of materials, finishing works, and site execution
Familiarity with Kerala residential project standards is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong site coordination and supervision skills
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
