Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Meet customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
