* Make outbound calls to furniture dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, distributors, and institutional buyers.
* Generate new dealer and B2B leads across assigned territories.
* Follow up on website, social media, trade fair, and marketing campaign inquiries.
* Qualify leads and assign them to the respective Area Sales Manager.
* Schedule online or in-person meetings for the sales team.
* Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, samples, dealer onboarding, and pending business.
* Maintain and update CRM/ERP with lead status and customer interactions.
* Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts for customer updates.
* Conduct customer satisfaction and service follow-up calls.
* Support product launch campaigns, dealer engagement programs, and promotional activities.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead reports for management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
