Key Responsibilities:
- Perform semen analysis and semen processing for IUI, IVF, ICSI, cryopreservation, and other ART procedures as per established protocols.
- Ensure accurate patient identification, sample labeling, witnessing, and documentation.
- Assist in IVF laboratory readiness, including equipment checks, consumable availability, and procedure preparation.
- Maintain laboratory records, EMR documentation, and compliance with ART Act requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, infection control, and laboratory SOPs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of laboratory consumables.
- Collaborate with consultants, embryologists, nursing staff, and OT teams for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field.
- Experience in Andrology/IVF laboratory preferred.
- Knowledge of semen analysis, ART procedures, and laboratory documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
