Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in selling Digital Marketing and IT Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a strong understanding of the digital and technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for Digital Marketing and IT Services.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing and IT solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 06Month - 01 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an IT Services or Digital Marketing company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Generate high-quality leads organically through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media platforms, online communities, and other non-paid channels to build a consistent sales pipeline.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
