Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong command over practical accounting, compliance, and financial management. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing the company’s complete accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting operations (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Banking, Journal Entries)
- Maintain accurate books in Tally / ERP systems
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements
- Manage GST compliance:
- Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs Books)
- Handle TDS compliance:
- Deduction, return filing, reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
- Manage accounts receivable & payable efficiently
- Coordinate with CA for audits, returns, and statutory compliance
- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Support management with financial insights and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com / CA Inter preferred
- 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing / engineering firms)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Tally / ERP systems
- GST & TDS regulations
- Financial statements & finalization
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong problem-solving mindset (not just data entry)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
