The Role
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Web Developer who can build websites from scratch and support digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling projects independently and passionate about helping businesses grow online.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites from scratch
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored web solutions
- Optimise websites for performance, speed, and user experience
- Implement SEO best practices (on-page and technical SEO)
- Support digital marketing activities (lead generation, analytics, etc.)
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot websites
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and scalable

Requirements
- Proven experience in web development (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Good understanding of SEO principles
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Google Analytics, social media, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
