Looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer / Architect with strong hands on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of PolicyCenter configurations, integrations, GOSU programming, and end to end insurance domain workflows. Experience working in cloud (Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP) environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter (PCF, Data Model, Rules, and Workflows).
Define end to end solution blueprints, integration patterns, and best practices for PolicyCenter.
Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP, plugins, messaging, batch).
Create technical designs, review code, and provide architectural guidance.
Support Policy lifecycle functions: UW, Rating, Issuance, Renewals, Endorsements.
Work with Guidewire Cloud (GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
Provide technical leadership during estimation, planning, and sprint execution.
Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience.
8+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter development or 2
4+ years in PC architecture.
Strong expertise in GOSU, integration patterns, JSON/XML, APIs, messaging.
Good understanding of P&C insurance and Policy lifecycle.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Maven, Agile.
Guidewire Certification (PC Specialist/Developer).
Experience with BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or cloud implementations.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
