We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer with strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems for residential real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage MEP installation work at construction sites.
- Ensure execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for seamless execution.
- Review MEP drawings and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and verify contractor bills.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
Required Skills:
- 4–6 Years of Professional Experience in MEP execution for Real Estate/Construction Projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Drainage, Water Supply, Electrical Systems, and Building Services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination.
- Good understanding of estimation, billing, quality control, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle MEP works at construction sites.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
