Job Description
Bionics Envirotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to support our sales and lead-generation activities. The selected candidate will contact industries, factories, hotels, hospitals and other commercial establishments that operate ETP and STP wastewater treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential industrial and commercial customers.
- Introduce the company’s wastewater-treatment products and services.
- Promote Nanozyme bioculture solutions for ETP, STP, CETP and other wastewater-treatment plants.
- Identify and speak with decision-makers such as MDs, directors, plant managers, purchase managers, EHS managers and ETP/STP operators.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate daily call reports and customer follow-up records.
- Update customer details and lead status in Excel or the company database.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to explain products clearly and handle customer questions.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, industrial sales, B2B sales or lead generation will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience contacting factories or industrial companies.
- Understanding of ETP, STP, wastewater treatment or environmental products.
- Ability to identify the correct decision-maker within a company.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with sales targets.
Working Hours
Timing: [9am to 6pm]
Working Days: [Insert working days]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
