Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a courteous and welcoming experience.
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, maintaining visitor records, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure timely communication.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage meeting room arrangements as required.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document handling.
- Maintain an accurate visitor entry register. Inform concerned staff promptly about visitor arrivals.
- Coordinate with internal departments, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time in line with your role.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the reporting senior.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
