Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR intern to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, a working knowledge of statutory compliance processes, and strong proficiency in MS Office tools. If you are data-driven, well-organized, and passionate about people operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
3. Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
4. Support HR team in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
5. Help with conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
6. Assist with preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance reviews.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
