Remote – India | Toronto Office Hours
We are a Canada-based insurance brokerage located in Brampton, Ontario, and we are expanding our remote team in India.
This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated and professional individual who wants to build a career in the insurance industry. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with clients, has strong English and Punjabi communication skills, and is comfortable working Toronto business hours.
Position
Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote / Work From Home – India
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Employment Type: Full-Time
Probation Period: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Collect client information and understand their insurance needs.
- Prepare insurance quotes and present coverage options to clients.
- Follow up with potential clients and existing customers.
- Assist with new business and renewal inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow up on pending documents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow company procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Update CRM records and keep client files organized.
- Work closely with the Canadian-based team to ensure excellent client service.
- Meet performance, quality, and follow-up expectations.
Requirements

Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong Punjabi communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls.
- Professional and confident when speaking with clients.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection / fast Wi-Fi.
- Must have a personal laptop or computer suitable for professional work.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated personal workspace at home.
- Must be comfortable working 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.
Education
A Bachelor's degree is an asset.
Candidates with a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in insurance are encouraged to apply.

3-Month Probation Period
All successful candidates will begin with a 3-month probation period.

Candidates who successfully complete the probation period may be considered for continued long-term employment and additional responsibilities.
