Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Counter Sales Associates to join our ice candy outlets. The role involves serving customers, promoting products, handling billing, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience at the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve ice candies as per standards.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, display, and outlet premises.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
- Follow food safety, grooming, and service standards at all times.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Support daily outlet operations and teamwork during peak hours.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic billing and cash-handling knowledge preferred.
