Your impact
We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer - I&C to lead instrumentation and control engineering activities for multidisciplinary projects. The role involves technical leadership, project delivery, client engagement, and mentoring engineering teams.
Lead I&C engineering design and project execution.
Review and approve engineering deliverables, vendor documents, and technical proposals.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with clients, project teams, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality performance.
Mentor and develop engineering team members.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
14-18 years of relevant engineering design experience.
Strong experience in industrial/advanced facilities projects.
Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project delivery.
Excellent technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience as Discipline Lead/SME.
Knowledge of international codes and standards.
Exposure to global projects and client-facing roles.
