As an ASO, you are expected to:
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
2. Provide accurate product/service information to potential customers over calls
3. Drive conversions through effective pitching, negotiation, and follow-ups
4. Ensure consistent sales closure, including cross-selling and up-selling
5. Support and coordinate with the lead generation team to improve pipeline quality
6. Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion metrics
7. Maintain optimal occupancy rates across properties
8. Collaborate with operations and other teams for smooth customer on boarding.
Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹30,766.31 per month
Work Location: In person
