Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business processes within a fast-paced trading environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing operational efficiency, team performance, process compliance, stakeholder coordination, and service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operational activities to ensure seamless business execution.
- Monitor process adherence, operational controls, and compliance with internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction processing and reporting.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
- Support business continuity and operational risk management initiatives.
- Drive automation and process optimization projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Operations Management.
- Prior experience in team handling and stakeholder management is preferred.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
