We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipment inquiries, coordinate logistics operations, and support customers throughout the shipping process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions, shipment coordination, and follow-ups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to international courier and cargo services.
Coordinate international shipments and ensure smooth processing.
Follow up on leads and support sales activities.
Provide shipment updates and resolve customer queries.
Coordinate with operations, carriers, and overseas partners.
Prepare and maintain shipment-related documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve service and sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
