We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Calling Executive to work remotely for two of our premier education brands — Develearn (Vashi) and Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects (Malad).
About the Role:
This is a fully remote position where you will handle tele-calling activities for both Develearn Vashi and Frameboxx Malad, helping us reach out to prospective students and guide them through our course offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads for Develearn and Frameboxx programs
- Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities to interested candidates
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and enrollment goals for both brands
- Handle inbound queries and provide prompt, accurate information
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams at Vashi and Malad centers
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, telecounselling, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment for remote work
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
