We are hiring an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place our bench consultants with direct clients and preferred vendors across the United States. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in India while supporting US staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to clients and vendors
- Build strong relationships with Tier‑1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners
- Submit consultants to matching job requirements and follow up proactively
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding
- Maintain a steady pipeline of requirements and consultant submissions
- Prepare and enhance consultant resumes for better client visibility
- Track daily submissions, interviews, and closures
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Proven experience working with vendors, clients, and implementation partners
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Ability to work US time zones
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and multitasking skills
- Experience using US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed US)
