Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be able to guide patients throughout their treatment journey, and maintain strong follow-up practices to ensure patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients regarding treatments, procedures, and services offered by the hospital.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules.
- Handle patient inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective and existing patients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to enhance their experience.
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients and medical teams.
- Maintain patient records and update relevant information in the system.
- Take ownership of patient conversions and satisfaction.
- Meet departmental targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator, Patient Counsellor, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Good computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
