Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OT (Operation Theatre) Technician to join our team. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing the operation theatre, assisting during fertility-related procedures, and ensuring adherence to sterilization and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after procedures.
- Assist doctors and nurses during fertility treatments and surgical procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and in working condition.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control guidelines.
- Handle and dispose of biomedical waste as per protocols.
- Monitor and manage OT inventory, including surgical supplies and medications.
- Assist in patient preparation and positioning as per procedure requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of procedures and equipment usage.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in OT Technology.
- 1-3 years of experience as an OT Technician, preferably in fertility or gyneacology.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the women’s health space is a plus.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
