We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager who can help us build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, grow our social presence, and drive customer acquisition through content, paid advertising, SEO/GEO initiatives, and creative marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on role where you will own the entire marketing funnel—from awareness and engagement to lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage lead generation, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Lead, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize campaign performance.
- Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels.
SEO, GEO & Authority Building
- Develop and execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences and answer engines.
- Create and manage authority-building initiatives including:
- Business Citations
- Niche Citations
- Local SEO
- Directory Listings
- Profile Building
- Brand Mentions
- Community Engagement
- Support backlink acquisition and authority growth campaigns.
- Monitor search visibility, rankings, traffic, and content performance.
Social Media Management
- Own and manage Facebook, Instagram, and future social channels.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, brand awareness, and inbound leads.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community.
- Identify trending topics and convert them into engaging content.
Content Marketing
- Create educational and engaging content around:

- Create short-form videos, reels, explainers, and educational content.

- Produce content suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Create high-converting ad creatives and campaign assets.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Track and improve:

- Create monthly performance reports and growth recommendations.
Required Skills
- 2.5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Experience creating social media content and managing business accounts.
- Experience creating short-form videos and marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with GEO, AI Search, or emerging search trends is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS, AI, Technology, or Software Marketing experience.
- Experience marketing B2B products.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and authority building.
