Role Overview: We are seeking an immediate hire for a HR Recruiter at our Kerala office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and will have the opportunity to contribute to employer branding and support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen and select candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and maintaining morale.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and job satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
