Role Overview
Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions, a subsidiary of Plus UAE Representation Services, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and business development activities for both Plus UAE and Vortexen across the UAE market.
The role involves generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting consultancy, representation, industrial, and engineering services, and converting opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities for both Plus UAE and Vortexen services.
- Promote:
- Business setup and corporate representation services
- Market entry and compliance support
- Industrial and engineering services
- OEM representation solutions
- Project-based technical support services
- Build relationships with decision-makers including business owners, procurement managers, engineering managers, operations heads, and project directors.
- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Client Engagement
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Present company capabilities and service offerings professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop client-focused proposals.
Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority.
- Secure contracts and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Track opportunities, pipeline stages, revenue forecasts, and client activities.
- Submit weekly sales reports and monthly performance updates.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with management, operations, administration, and accounts teams.
- Ensure commitments made to clients are commercially and operationally feasible.
- Support collection follow-ups and client relationship management.
Performance KPIs
- Monthly revenue achievement
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Proposal-to-conversion ratio
- New client acquisition
- CRM accuracy and forecast reliability

Requirements
- 2–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Business consultancy
- Corporate services
- Industrial services
- Engineering services
- EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, or Marine sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Professional English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE market exposure.
- Experience selling services rather than products.
- Knowledge of business setup, corporate services, industrial services, or engineering solutions.
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred).
