Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, lead follow-ups, project coordination, and client communication for our interior designing company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling clients throughout the sales and execution process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and references.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain project updates.
- Track inquiries, quotations, and conversion status.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and improve customer satisfaction.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads and project status.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the interior design, real estate, architecture, or construction industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
