Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Reporting To: Human Resource Manager
Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization, with a primary focus on statutory compliance, office administration, and recruitment coordination. The role requires ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Compliance & Statutory Activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records and statutory registers as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate and support statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment compliance, Minimum Wages compliance, Bonus and Gratuity compliance
- Maintain HR policies & compliance documentation reports & records.
3. Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultants.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
4. Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration activities and vendor coordination.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility management activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and asset management.
- Handle employee ID cards, access cards, and office seating arrangements.
- Maintain records related to company assets and inventory.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics when required.
5. Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Assist in organizing employee communication and welfare initiatives.
- Address routine employee queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be additional advantage.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance, and Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, textile, retail, or service industries will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliances.
- Understanding of Maharashtra Shops & Establishments Act and related regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
