About the Role
Aeiforia Architects is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships for our architecture, interior design, and construction services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead generation and conversion rate.
- Client meetings conducted.
- Revenue achieved against targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Growth of new business opportunities.
Education & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred). Candidates with other relevant graduate degrees may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
