- Instruction & Planning: Develop lesson plans, educational content, and learning objectives aligned with school, state, or national curriculum standards.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate, record, and report on student development, behavior, and academic progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules, maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment, and ensure student safety.
- Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs, skill levels, and learning styles of individual students.
- Collaboration & Communication: Hold parent-teacher conferences, work with colleagues to improve pedagogy, and communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
- Mentorship: Provide support and guidance to students on academic and social issues.
