- Internship Experience: 2 months to 1 year
Required Skills
- Good understanding of AI/ML and Analytics applications
- Knowledge of Kubeflow and MLflow
- Knowledge of NVIDIA GPU and CUDA
- Basic knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking, and Virtualization
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) for NVIDIA GPU-based AI model deployment
- Excellent English communication skills (Global Customer Support)
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to enterprise customers.
- Resolve complex technical issues for enterprise and mission-critical AI environments.
- Analyze technical problems and assess their business impact.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HPE remote and field support teams to resolve critical issues.
- Troubleshoot NVIDIA GPU and AI infrastructure-related problems.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies for business solutions.
- Provide technical support for Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
- Work with AI tools such as Apache Airflow (Data Orchestration) and MLflow (Machine Learning Lifecycle Management).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
