3. Job Details
- Position: Sales Professional – Real Estate (Sourcing & Closing)
- Experience: 6–10 Years
- Location: Borivali, Mumbai
- Salary: Open for discussion (based on experience & performance)
4. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead sourcing, client engagement, and deal closure
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, campaigns, and ideas to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
- Lead site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to team building and mentor junior sales executives
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic suggestions
