we are looking to hire an Architect with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate should be highly proficient in SketchUp and can efficiently deliver both 2D drawings and 3D models/renders for our projects. The candidate should be strong in design visualization, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts
- Develop 2D and 3D visual presentations for projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Visit project sites and monitor work progress
- Ensure project designs meet quality and safety standards
- Revise designs based on project requirements and feedback
Requirements:
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a recognized institution
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of planning, detailing, and visualization
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion
- Site coordination and project handling experience
- Understanding of modern and sustainable design practices
