Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B clients in logistics, e-commerce, and supply chain sectors
- Promote 3PL services including warehousing, transportation
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth execution
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain / 3PL sales
- Deep understanding of 3PL services (warehousing, inventory management, distribution)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle corporate (B2B) clients
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
