Job Responsibilities
As Sales Executive at Almondz, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding the customer base for the organization's equity broking services. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients through networking, database, and references.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new accounts and expand the customer base.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation:
- To enhance profitability of the business by ensuring cross selling of other products of the organization.
- To accomplish Account opening targets set.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to provide personalized investment advice.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
4. Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry news.
5. Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Any Graduate/Postgraduate- Strong understanding of equity markets, financial products, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
