Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex development, Salesforce configuration, integrations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with ERP and external systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning technologies.
Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processes.
Implement Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and scalable development standards.
Configure Salesforce applications, including Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, and Security Models.
Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP platforms and external applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and quality practices.
Support Salesforce release management and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
7+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Development.
Hands-on experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Apex Design Patterns.
Experience in Salesforce Configuration and Salesforce Flows.
Intermediate to strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification – Mandatory.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and third-party applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governance best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
