Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support the Operations Department. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining operational records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely updating of operational information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update operational data accurately in ERP, Excel, or company software.
- Maintain records related to dispatches, inward/outward movements, deliveries, stock, and transportation.
- Prepare daily operational MIS reports.
- Verify data received from site teams, transporters, warehouses, and shipping departments.
- Maintain digital and physical records of operational documents.
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Accounts, Logistics, and Sales teams for data collection and verification.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Track pending operational activities and update status regularly.
- Scan, upload, and organize documents systematically.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
- Assist the Operations team in day-to-day administrative activities.
- Perform any other operational support work assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- Computer certification or diploma will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Operations, Logistics, Shipping, or Administration.
- Freshers with excellent computer knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
