Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and MIS reports
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Ensure statutory compliance as per labour laws
Address employee queries, concerns, and maintain healthy relations
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Assist in performance management processes (PMS)
Coordinate with clients for HR-related requirements (if applicable)
Support policy implementation and HR audits
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of core HR functions
Good understanding of labour laws and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
