The Housekraft is a luxury interior design studio based in Bangalore, and the in-house design partner of Modern Spaces Builders & Developers. We deliver bespoke end-to-end interior solutions for high-end residential and commercial clients — combining premium craftsmanship, curated design, and a seamless client experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and polished Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into signed clients. You will own the full sales cycle — from initial consultations and site visits to proposals, negotiations, and closures. This role demands someone who understands luxury, builds trust naturally, and can articulate design value with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to project sign-off
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand space requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budgets
- Coordinate and accompany clients on site visits and design presentations
- Work closely with the design team to develop tailored proposals, scope documents, and quotations
- Present and negotiate project proposals, handle objections, and close deals confidently
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Liaise with the pre-sales team for seamless lead handovers and follow-up continuity
- Update CRM with accurate deal status, communication logs, and pipeline forecasts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the project lifecycle
- Represent The Housekraft at developer meets, open houses, and networking events
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in interior design, real estate, luxury goods, or lifestyle services
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Strong interpersonal skills — warm, persuasive, and capable of building genuine rapport with premium clients
- Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into compelling value propositions
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is an advantage
- Well-groomed, professional, and comfortable engaging with HNI (high-net-worth individual) clients
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a collaborative team spirit
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
