- Branch Administration: Oversees daily front-office operations, facilities management, and maintains center infrastructure.
- Student & Parent Support: Acts as the primary escalation point for student queries, ensures customer satisfaction, and manages student onboarding.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensures the center complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs), manages local vendor relationships, and maintains accurate attendance and database records.
- Fee Management: Assists with fee collection tracking, installment follow-ups, and managing center-level petty cash and expenses.
- Team Leadership: Supervises, trains, and monitors the performance of non-teaching staff, front desk executives, and administrative assistants.
- Counselling Support: Assists the academic team during admission drives by managing walk-ins, data entry, and batch allotment.
