- Supervise and lead a team to meet performance targets
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Motivate and encourage team
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
- Achieve daily and monthly team targets
- Regular follow-ups with team members and clients to ensure task completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader
Candidates from Palakkad are preferred
Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
