Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and holiday services. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel sales, customer service, travel planning, and booking management. You will help customers plan memorable trips while achieving sales targets and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Sales & Customer Assistance
- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, hotel bookings, flights, and travel services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Travel Planning & Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Provide destination information, travel advice, and recommendations.
Booking & Documentation
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare travel documents including tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and visa-related paperwork.
- Ensure all bookings and documents are accurate and completed on time.
Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Negotiate and secure the best travel options and rates for customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Customer Service & Administration
- Support customers before, during, and after their travel.
- Resolve travel-related issues and customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, invoices, and customer details.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Travel Sales, or Travel Operations.
- Knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and tourism services.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and booking systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Salary
- CTC: ₹4–5 Lakhs per annum + Performance Incentives
