We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee our machining department. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of conventional Lathe, Milling, and Drilling machines. The ideal candidate will manage manpower, ensure high production efficiency, and maintain strict quality standards on the shop floor.
- Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Lathe, Milling, and Drilling departments.
- Production Scheduling: Plan and execute daily/weekly production targets to ensure timely delivery.
- Job Allocation: Assign tasks and technical drawings to operators based on their skills.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect final components using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all workshop machinery to minimize downtime.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
