Position: Senior Site Engineer – PEB Finishing Works

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer with strong expertise in completing finishing activities for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, maintaining project timelines, and completing all finishing works safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute all finishing activities related to PEB projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
- Ensure completion of finishing works such as:
- Cladding work
- Roofing work
- Insulation work
- Flashing and gutter installation
- False ceiling
- Flooring
- Painting and touch-up work
- Doors, windows, and hardware fittings
- Electrical and plumbing coordination
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Verify measurements and contractor billing quantities.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage at site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of project activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in PEB project execution and finishing activities.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial PEB structures.
- Experience in handling site finishing and coordination activities independently.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.

- Strong problem-solving and site management capability.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Experience in fast-track industrial project execution.
- Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors effectively.
