About the Role
Nirosha Foods is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to expand our Premium Flavoured Dry Fruits business in the retail market. The candidate will be responsible for appointing distributors, increasing retail coverage, generating secondary sales, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand retail distribution in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Increase product placement, visibility, and availability in retail outlets.
Appoint and manage distributors and super stockists.
Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings.
Ensure effective execution of promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Generate secondary sales through retailer engagement.
Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure stock availability.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–8 years of FMCG sales experience.
Experience in snacks, dry fruits, confectionery, beverages, or food products preferred.
Strong distributor and retailer network in Madhya Pradesh.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience handling General Trade (GT) and retail channels.
Strong market knowledge and retailer relationships.
Self-motivated, aggressive in sales, and growth-oriented.
