Position: Accountant
Location: Swargate, Pune
Age Preference: 25–35 Years
Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.
- Generate and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Prepare GST invoices and ensure timely GST return filing coordination.
- Maintain stock-related accounting records and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations and assist in statutory compliance.
- Process employee reimbursements and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants during audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
