Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, transportation, and 3PL services
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, client visits, and networking
- Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their logistics requirements
- Prepare business proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth onboarding of new customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
- Support contract negotiations and closure of business deals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain sales
- Strong understanding of warehousing and transportation operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
