Job Overview
A growing FMCG company is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to promote its snack and popcorn products. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, lead generation, and business development, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Identify and develop relationships with retailers, distributors, and other potential customers.
- Promote the company's snack and popcorn product range.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate qualified leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with the management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, or Marketing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to travel for field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are preferred.
