About the Role
Pragma Systems is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Business Development) Interns to support our Business Development team. This internship focuses on company research, market analysis, client prospecting, and business intelligence.
As an intern, you will research assigned companies, identify key decision-makers, collect and verify business information, analyze potential client requirements, and build high-quality prospect databases. You will also support professional client outreach using approved communication processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Research assigned companies and target industries.
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, COOs, Operations Heads, IT Heads, Finance Heads, Supply Chain Heads, Plant Heads, QA Heads, and Business Development Managers.
- Collect and verify company details, including websites, industry, employee size, location, and business information.
- Research professional contact details using LinkedIn, company websites, and public business directories.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Perform market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze company pain points and map them to Pragma Systems' solutions.
- Support professional outreach through Email, LinkedIn, and Contact Forms.
- Maintain daily work reports and update CRM records.

Internship Details

- Duration: 45 / 60 / 90 / 180 Days
- Employment Type: Internship
- Compensation: Performance-Based (No Fixed Stipend)
- Commission: 5%–20% on successful client deal closures
- Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate for successful interns
